Recent experience with properties exceeding four million dollars in value: campgrounds, estate appraisals, shopping centers, housing tracts, proposed construction, industrial complexes, etc. Perform review, probable sales price, employee relocation, income property, and market value appraisals for all real estate. Expertise in the Inland Empire; western areas of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties and the "High Desert".

Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Significant work completed towards a Masters Degree. Substantial real estate training with the University of California system. Currently qualified in all requirements for conducting unlimited real estate appraisals by the Office of Real Estate Appraisers (OREA), State of California. FHA course qualified.
PERSONAL
Married. Excellent health. Completed 28 years military service, retired at the rank of Colonel. Decorated with the Legion of Merit (1st OLC), the Distinguished Flying Cross (2nd OLC) and the Bronze Star.
